1.How do I send the invitation to my guests?
It's as simple as sharing a link! You can send your unique digital invitation link via WhatsApp, SMS message, Email, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, or any other platform you prefer.
2.Unlimited invitation updates and edits after purchase?
You can change your design, event date, venue, time, and all other details as often as you need. Since it's a digital link, all changes are instantly reflected for everyone.
3.Can I turn the invitation OFF if the event is canceled?
Yes, and it's very simple. Just toggle the event ON/OFF in your dashboard.
4.How many guests can I invite?
There are no limits! Your single digital invitation link can be sent to 10, 5,000, or an unlimited number of people.
5.Do I or my guests have to download an app?
No, you don't! The dashboard and your digital invitations are entirely web-based. They are perfectly accessible via any standard web browser on a smartphone, tablet, or desktop.
6.Can guests confirm online without creating an account?
Yes. Your guests don't have to create an account after you send them the link with your invitation. They just submit a simple YES or NO attendance form.
7.What should I do if I receive duplicate or strange confirmations?
Our platform blocks bots, but we cannot control human errors. You are responsible for deleting or updating any incorrect or incomplete guest data.
8.Can people other than my guests view my invitation?
Anyone with the link can view your invitation. Please avoid sharing highly sensitive personal information. Consider that your guests can share your invitation with other family members or friends.
9.How do I know if my guests have received and opened their invitation?
For security reasons, we don't track this data. We only add data to your RSVP list if they submit info. We don't track their phones, devices, or actions.
10.Can I send reminders to guests who haven't responded?
No. Since not all guests provide contact info, this feature isn't available to avoid confusion. We highly recommend resending the link or contacting them personally.
11.Can I download or export my guest list and other data?
Yes, you can download it instantly. You will always get freshly updated data in PDF or Excel format.
12.Do you keep backups of my actions on the dashboard?
Because your dashboard updates in real-time, all changes are permanent. We don't maintain backups of previous edits or deleted items, so we recommend double-checking your details before making major changes or deleting anything.
13.What happens to my invitation after the event is over?
All event features, including the shareable guest link and RSVPs, are automatically deactivated 30 calendar days after your event date. After this, guests cannot submit RSVPs, but you will still be able to download your data.
14.Do you offer custom-sized printable files?
No. We only offer standard dimensions that match our system.
